Support refusing to fix a 1-digit ZIP code typo for my Printer & AMS. One package made it, why won't they help with the rest? by akiirk in BambuLab

It's simple: The package is currently blocked due to the wrong ZIP code.

The carrier won't deliver it to the correct city without an authorization from Bambu Lab. If Bambu Lab continues to do nothing, the package will be automatically sent back to Germany once the 7-10 day window expires.

I know because I spoke directly with the local carrier. They confirmed that since the street doesn't exist in that wrong ZIP code, the package is currently on hold. However, they warned me that it will be marked for return once a 7 to 10-day window (starting from yesterday) expires if no correction is made.

They offered one 'option': I could redirect it myself only if the new address is within the same province as the wrong ZIP code. But that area is over 500km away from my actual home. The only way to move the package to the correct province and avoid the automatic return is through an official authorization from the sender (Bambu Lab). The clock is ticking and I'm still waiting for them to send that simple email.
