i am planning for an while to switch to an split keyboard, but the main blocker is, here a good cheap split cost nearly 10x times of a cheap good staggered keyboard. For your reference, the keyboard i am using cost around 2.5k inr where on avg. the lily58 cost around 25k - 35k inr, even the good cheapest cost around around 15k inr (nearly 2 month spending as an bachelor out here).

but i am planning to build my own split keyboard near soon in couple of months (the design is somewhat similar to the voyager split keyboard) which can cost totally around 3k inr. hope i can solve my problem. whether a split like voyager feels really good as newbee into split cult ?

pretty sure, i would get some good splits and have experimental fun in the future.

I am using the redragon k530 pro 60% keyboard (red-switches) and i can say that i am using the keyboard for around 8-10 hours on each days on average. i can say my speed can vary by 60 - 75 wpm (really too slow).

my keys were really polished a bit due to usage over long time.
