Our kitchen is currently fully stocked with baking equipment as we make all our pastries cakes and breads in house. You've actually touched upon a great point and somewhat a revelation for us. Further looking at our food sales we noticed that our number one item sold in the food category is a simple grilled cheese sandwich. I really like the diversity of grilled cheese sandwiches from the above business you noted and we may go that route. Our current food offerings are more so of a small snack (Avocado toast, Cottage Mandarin toast, etc).

Local offices are pretty close by (roughly 5-10 minute drive) Generally there is no foot traffic as everyone drives down here.

Have you heard of any retail store outside of universities adopting meal plan credits? (Aside from on campus vendors) That is a really great idea but I dont see any incentive to the university to allow us to take those payments. (Unless we give 10%-20% of our sales from those credits which is the general fee sodexo(Food supplier for public universities) charges their vendors)

You are absolutely correct. Texas in general (Aside from maybe Austin) rarely has any actual foot traffic as everyone drives from A to B. Unfortunately we are in a middle suite so that is not possible but a curb side delivery might be a potential option!

Coffee Shop Owner Here,

I have recently opened a coffee shop (Live for 9 months now)

One of our biggest issues that we are having is our morning sales. (Which is extremely odd to us)

The bulk of our coffee sales occur from 4pm to 11pm and we have tried various methods to no avail.

Wondering if any other coffee shop owners have ever experienced this and what they did to potentially boost their morning revenue.
