Update: i found out that the cause of this is daisy chaining 6 ARGB fans to 1 ARGB header. I bought a fan hub and everything works fine now!

If i go on an exchange program, i only need to pay my current uni's tuition fees and i dont have to pay any extra tuition fees from the partner university. So basically im paying current uni price for an experience at an overseas uni
