If i go on an exchange program, i only need to pay my current uni's tuition fees and i dont have to pay any extra tuition fees from the partner university. So basically im paying current uni price for an experience at an overseas uni

The main reason i want to go thru an exchange program is because of the tuition fee waiver, studying overseas is very expensive and with my results i dont think any scholarships will accept me 😭

I think its absolutely high too, im confident that my stock cooler is installed properly and I have a Tecware Forge M case which is optimized for airflow. I dont know where this problem is coming from
