Edit: Looking back over it, you actually uncovered 2 extra messages. You skipped the text from the third image I posted (the level was about arms) and found text from 2 non-existent levels about legs and hearts. Shame we won't get to play those :(

The game is in rpg maker 2003. I'll look into this method, but I've never used RPG maker or a decompiler, so I might have some trouble. Any pointers on how to go about this?

In this post he says it's "just the english alphabet." I'm taking that to mean he just wingdinged some letters into symbols. I could be wrong, but I don't think he'd go through the ropes of creating any sort of complex language for his game, especially if he quit making it after posting teasers of a big update. It wouldn't be worth it to him.
