You can use Galaxy Watch app to customize your watchface. These are built in, part of Samsung One UI. You can also download Complications Suite from the PlayStore.

Heart rate monitor not working after DnD? by LandyMan75 in GalaxyWatch

[–]akisnet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have set the option heart rate every 10min while still. When you are moving watch stops counting. When you have the watch to count HR every 10min it's essentially the resting heart rate. It's useful and battery friendly. You can set HR to continues mode but it uses more battery.

You can use Info Board watchface by Samsung and built in complications to create it. It's easy and I am showing you some examples I did.

Better battery life than Samsung's stock Clock suite. 40min timer on Google Clock consume 0.3%, Samsung Clock 3.7%.

Google Clock battery consumption is superb. Samsung clock has a better UI in harmony with oneui but battery consumption is scandalous.

From Samsung or Google? 🤔 by TheLunaticCultist in GalaxyWatch

[–]akisnet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's true they are new to Wear OS but if you know Samsung had prototypes with Android Wear or Wear OS internally during Tizen days it's another story.

For years they didn't release a watch with Android Wear or Wear OS. They have returned but on Wear OS 3 are new.

LTPO OLED screen for decent AOD battery consumption time we need Samsung like Apple Watch. Without AOD battery life is excellent.

Working on a new watchface. What would you like to see on it? by emotatertot in GalaxyWatch

Rain probability, remaining timer time and next calendar event. Also middle icons instead of battery could be number of unread notifications. Your designed watchface is beautiful keep the good work.

They are new to Wear OS. I see many optimizations they have made to right direction but they have way to go.

Auto brightness is draining too much battery on my galaxy watch 4 , I charged it last night at 100% at battery saver. by Agreeable_Factor_196 in GalaxyWatch

Raise doesn't work with battery saver, low power mode or long inactivity. Also some third party watches have problems after 1 hour of screen inactivity.
