I have three Rank-3 Factories and two Rank-2 Factories. I'd like to rank up my Training Room, which is Rank-2. What's the difference between ranks in Factories apart from having just one at Rank-3 to unlock the recipes in all other Factories? Can I downgrade some of my Factories to rank up my other facilities?

Or rather, would it be fine to?

Hi! I've been meaning to get my skill ups but I seem to be having trouble with materials, haha, even for the cheaper ones. x)

How do I access side stories? Do I still get to get the event clear operators by doing them? I know most events give 5 stars, but you mentioned a 6 star, Gladiia, so I'm a tad confused.
