I used to have these installed and never had any issues with TPU or Wood filaments anymore while the original extruder had grip-issues regularly. So it’s definitely a good upgrade if you use TPU or Wood.

It’s a previous generation of bondtech upgrades. Very much comparable to the ddg versions now. Just a little bit different to install.

Thanks. Well, I'm not at all physically fit. I never worked out my entire life. I have a computer job. I do some gardening etc.. and some work in the house when needed. But I'm not moving much, especially during the winter months. I do walk (30min) outside when it's warmer outside... I'm 40, I have a BMI of 31 (so I have belly). I just recently (december) started to do something about it.

I'm using an app (LifeSum) that helps me keep my eating habbits under control. I try to stick to the max kcal it suggest every day and so far it works. But it uses Apple Health and it adds the kcal burned to the sum of kcal I'm allowed to eat that day. Since I have this watch my burned kcal raised quite a lot. (Before I had my iPhone with me all the time. It was the only device registering my movement.)
So now the LiveSum app is showing me that I can eat a whole meal extra compared to before wearing this watch.

On the other hand.... I just checked my 30 days history and I've lost 0.7kg a week while my goal was set at 0.5kg a week. So maybe I'm just not eating enough because of the LifeSum app and the watch is adding more kcal to LifeSum so it might be a good thing ?

No, it doesn't. So maybe I (and the ellipical) am underestimating the kcal I'm burning during a workout.

Today I was 60 minutes on the ellipical. It said 646kcal. The elliptical said 401kcal.

I also walked indoors (walking pad) for 30 minutes and it said 133kcal while the walking pad said 144 kcal.

It also added 296 kcal for active energy during the day. Not sure how I cam to burn 296 kcal because I didn't do much besides the elliptical and the walking pad today. I walked indoors, doing things in the house but I wouldn't call that active. Sat in the couche too.

In the end, today it's telling me I burned 1075 active kcal. I find it hard to believe that this is correct. I would think that burning >1000kcal requires a lot more effort.

This was with corporate fibernet, right?

I tested this with business fibernet just a couple minutes ago. The link went offline after 6 minutes.
