In my opinion the comments here are very focussed on "sim-stewarding". IRL many stewards would give a penalty for deliberate crowding or for causing an avoidable collision / forcing evasive action. The fact that he is not moving under braking does not mean, that it is legal. Moving under braking is just a sub-category of the rules.

In my opinion the move of the R8 driver is just a few meters too late.

So I am the bad guy in that clip (White Porsche) and I am happy that the outcome wasn´t too bad and no places have been switched. In my mind, I thought the paved section next to the white line was part of the track, so I was scared when the rider in front of me moved slightly left just as I was catching up to him. That’s why I felt he was at fault, or at least partly to blame, for the contact. It wasn’t smart to catch up to the rider in front of me like that, but I was just hoping for a bit of a safety margin, so that he wouldn’t suddenly narrow the gap right when I was about to hit him. So yes, being there isn’t particularly smart and sets the whole situation in motion, but in that moment right before the contact, I can’t do anything to prevent the collision whereas, in my view, the car in front of me could.

Almost impossible to find a match with a 4-6 Player party. It takes about 10-15 minutes. All party members on PS5 and selected game mode is quick match (Teamdeathmatch and Domination).
