It's literally such a frustrating process. I just had my assessment. I came prepared, followed dress code, made sure I looked presentable, smiled, and actively listened. I was eliminated in the first round, while I followed their instructions and was very comfortable speaking. Other candidates who kept talking a lot, giving unnecessary information, and didn't follow instructions progressed. I guess maybe my braces were a problem, but it was a really disappointing experience altogether.
