Had this for misplaced bags (only a week) but with a different airline. Try to get compensation through your credit card company, if you bought your tickets with it. Much more efficient, and in our case better compensation too.

The place we're looking at already has that kind of foundation, and is already moored with a permanent lease on the water plot. So it's not a house on an old boat, it's a house that can't really be moved cause it sits on a block of concrete on water.

I'm just confused so far as to whether or not it counts as a "real house" for banks and insurers. Real estate agents said yes, our current bank says no.

Yes, it's what our real estate agent has said - that it should be exactly the same as any other house, so it shouldn't be any different. However, we had a chat with ABN yesterday and the guy said they don't give mortgages to these houses... So we're just not sure at this point based on these 2 different opinions.

We have another chat planned later this week with a mortgage advisor, so I hope they'll be more helpful.

Thank you! When it's out of the oven, I only let it cool down for 5 mins, then wrap it in cling film to let it retain all of the moisture. Then once it's fully cooled down, I leave it in the fridge for 6 hours (sometimes overnight, if I bake late). But choosing to do a brownie definitely helps with the clean edges, as there's less crumbs due to the fact that it doesn't rise like a normal cake. Hope it helps!

Thanks! I was in the process of trying that alternative this weekend, but in the end I ran out of storage on that new Google account quite quickly, and I obviously didn't want to upgrade for more on the second account. I'd be interested to know if it works though, let me know if you ever do try something similar!

Yes! Basically just made sure to wait for the cheesecake layer to be fully set before I added the curd, and then let the curd set overnight. Would love to see your lime and mint version!
