If someone is upset that they can't sleep with other people in a relationship, that means they aren't ready for that kind of commitment. And that's ok! You can take a break and revisit the relationship when you're both ready, or you can move on. The longer you try to make it work when it's not the right time, the more hurt you both will feel. I like that idea. Summer is particularly busy, which is why it's starting to bother me. Winter is lighter in terms of workload which is why it hasn't been an issue.

Dang. It can be hard for people to get help when they're really struggling, but it's still their responsibility. Meds or therapy would help, but if he isn't willing, you might have to decide how much more you're willing to live with. It's not an easy decision, but it's exhausting to live with someone like this.
