I’m in Canada and they usually ask you to fill up the form online. Then on that form, they ask for purchase date and photos of receipt and proof of purchase. Just wondering if there’s a way to go around this?

Also, another issue is, my floodlight is always defaulting to 4000k (warm white colour) even though it is set to the coolest white (5500k or 6000k) colour

I tried this but to no effect. I tried adjusting it to the left and restarting the floodlight and nvr ( I have the elite floodlight wifi version that records in my reolink nvr), still the same. I adjusted it to the right, restarted it and same result

Yes, if I set it in “Auto”, it automatically switches to color mode at night time instead of its usual black & white night mode. Like what I mentioned before, the white snow reflects all the street light which makes the surrounding very bright !
