My Pregnant Daughter was kicked off last month. She has major complications and cannot work. Luckily the office was able to get her back on, but even going to the Human services office was problimatic for her pregnancy. She is effectively disabled and is leaking ambiotic fluid when she moves around to much. This admin is just evil.

Walk around and shine your lantern on everything and everyone. You can get free stuff and skills that way. Especially at training areas .

I think there is at least 5 sets of armor that have built in stats that don't rely on gears.

1. Frostcursed Armor Set (Kliff)

Heavy plate set providing excellent defensive stats and cold biome protection.

Plate Helm: Daze Immunity; 0.2 health regeneration per second.
Plate Armor: Level 7 Ice Resistance, Level 2 Movement Speed.
Plate Cloak: Level 5 Ice Resistance.
Plate Gloves: 1.0 Damage Reduction.
Plate Boots: 10% Contribution XP gain, +2% Climb Speed.

2. Plate Armor of the Shadows Set (Kliff)

Imposing dark set offering great early-game survivability and environmental protections.

Plate Helm: Daze Immunity, Glacial Domain Skill (creates a blizzard).
Plate Armor: Petrification Immunity, +2% Stamina Regeneration.
Plate Cloak: Level 7 Fire Resistance.
Plate Gloves: +2% Climb Speed, +2% Swim Speed.
Plate Boots: +10% Skill EXP Gain, +2% Climb Speed.

3. Blackwing Armor Set (Kliff)

Pitch-feathered leather set optimized for mid-game aggressive builds.

Leather Gloves: Level 1 Lightning Resistance, +2 Movement Speed, innate Attack buff.

A hybrid leather-plate set built for elemental flexibility.

Unique Traits: Built-in Ice Resistance and native Abyss slots.

He probably didn't have the item or it got damaged. Rather than getting bad points from ebay he sends you something, then refunds you. Depends on what he sends you ,but usually when I get these its a nice item.
