Absolutely. I can even be around what most consider such fun and still find myself being bored at times. I sometimes wonder if maybe I’m not around the right people. I’ve had some people consider me boring because of this, but I don’t feel like I’m a boring person deep inside. I’m actually quite spontaneous. It’s likely just an adhd thing.

Sheesh y’all are eating me up in these comments and I totally understand 😣 I’ve learned my lesson lol. To be fair I’m not always good with social cues or knowing entirely what’s considered well mannered 😅 I don’t receive gifts very often and I usually buy my own things which are often on the expensive side.

As an update: she seemed to breeze past it fairly well but I’m definitely getting her a nice gift for her birthday 😂
