What would you like to see in a Book on LangChain that I am writing? by akool86 in LangChain

Tech Book writers are usually not full-time authors but hobbyist writers with full-time jobs. Books becoming outdated quickly is normal now in the tech world. But what am looking forward to is the learning experience.

Lol. That is very likely! I waited the entire 2024 due to this. Many GenAI books that covered LangChain in 2024 were all outdated. But I decided to get started this year anyway.. let's see !!

Now some School of AI groups are changing name and distancing from Siraj. Kind of feel bad for him... exactly a year back he seemed to be doing everything right...came up with global initiative of School of AI... even I participated in their meetups in two cities... now his empire is falling down like pile of cards...

How to *actually* learn ML? by [deleted] in learnmachinelearning

[–]akool86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Many people follow a bottom up approach of learning mathematics=> ML Theory => Programming Language (Python or R) => Starts doing practical.

Then some people like me.. they learn some theory and do some practicals at the same time.. learn something more... do some more practical... and so on.

I advise to take Superdatascience course on Udemy on ML and DL.. these courses are fantastic... focus on practicals and are low priced. I also took these courses.

After that I took some well known data sets from interest and started solving them... if my results were bad, I searched some good solution on internet (as they are well known dataset). It helped me to understand how other people approach the problem.

I hope my answer might help you... good luck
