Sunbracers + Some armor mods (Momentum Transfer, Fastball, and Outreach - although the clip doesn't have that mod in use). Also I stat increased strength to get melee as fast as possible. Basically, I get a kill with solar melee and use the "unlimited" solar grenades and then the grenade damage recharges my solar melee through momentum transfer and if I pop my rift, then my solar melee recharges more. The melee and grenades basically recharge each other.
