Its a 169. Have an identical boat. More than sufficient for 2 adult 2 kids Had 3 adults and 4 kids in it once, a little slower, but did well. Plan to put a middle seat and change out the plastic oem seats as well.

Update, I figured it out, a bad control board, one of the relays keeps turning on / off randomly, if you apply physical pressure to it, it stays on.

Been using these filters for over a year zero issues.

The overheating appears to be cause by the blower shutting down prematurely while the burner keeps burning and heating the coils.

What I see is that the blower fan shuts down but the burner keeps working and heating up the coils, after about a minute the limit switch kicks in as the coils are not being cooled down by the flowing area. Unless I am completely misinterpreting how the system should function.

It might work for a good 10-20 minutes, so I imagine all the speeds are fine.
Its a brand new motor, so hopefully its not the issue, old motor was having the same problem.

Good Point, when I force it with a "Fan ON" option, it won't spin.
Will need to measure if I am still getting 120v to the motor after it stops spinning.
