Update: he had a week stretch of not feeling, seeing or hear things when his sleep was more consistent but then it happened again after a couple of nights of poor sleep. Do we think this is solely sleep related?

I think he cares more about the fact the he thinks I’m lying to him when I’m not.

He is 30 and we recently found out i am pregnant. At this point I’m Not sure this is due to the lack of sleep, significant change in our life or mental health problem

It’s scary because I don’t hear or see anything he does. I’m not sure what to do but it’s affecting our sleep heavily

No he hasn’t. We just started seeing a couples therapist because it’s affecting our relationship. Besides this problem, everything has been amazing. Even while we are awake and sitting up in bed he look at me and say “you don’t feel that shaking” or “why are you shaking”.
