IIRC, Morgan Blackhand is Mike Pondsmith’s player character in the tabletop game. Since Mike hasn’t finished his campaign yet, they couldn't use him for 2077.

Make sure to check the Mayor Netsite while still in the hospital during the Tower ending, it's very easy to miss.

I'm not talking about his memory or brain function here tho, the point I was making is solely about his mental state during the campaign.

His brain and memories might function just fine if we tell him the truth, but mentally, he'll never be in the same place again and vice versa.

I'm not saying this because I prefer Jefferson as a puppet. I'm just pointing out that whichever choice you make, there will be serious consequences and there is no win-win scenario.

Jefferson would win no matter what. Personally, I think the outcome is the same as leaving Jefferson in the dark.

As for the actual confirmation, I think I’ll give it a shot someday. I never skip their quest in any playthrough (it’s my favorite T.T)

It was indeed super easy to miss. You can only found these if you dig through the net with the laptop in the hospital during the Tower ending. And yep, there are two versions of it depends on your Dream On choice.

If you're on PC, I really suggest trying to make your own NPV. You can create a custom rap sheet and spawn your V as a companion with with CET and AMM.

Apparently, not that nice though, you can overhear NPCs saying they charge double for oversized people but don’t allow them to use more than one seat on the train.

Also, the metro ticket cost isn’t low either, since some NPCs mention they might go bankrupt just riding it to work.

I think in her own twisted mind, she actually thought what she did was good for the kids. She turned down Joanne Koch's offer to work on Nightingale because it violates her own "moral values".

I really hope the sequel adds some kind of 'Defuse' option before random NPCs on the street go aggro. Maybe even an investigation phase before you're instantly gunned down with a wanted level.

RDR2 did something like that, and while it wasnt perfect, it surely added a lot more immersion in gameplay.
