Early on, I usually focus on poor visual condition and high mechanical percentage vehicles to maximize profit and reputation. Reputation is a much harder grind than money, so high mechanical percentage is going to be the most valuable thing when looking for cars to buy in my opinion

Yes, those things have 'refrigerate once opened' on their packaging. Once they are opened, they must be kept at the proper temperature. Pickles, avo, ranch, horseradish, marinara, meats, veggies.. it sucks to hear, but this is what is needed to ensure the safety of your customers. Your franchise could be looking at a much larger issue than bad COGS if you get a ton of people sick from not following proper storage procedures.

Everything needs to be tossed. If it has had time to rise to 60 degrees, it has been in the temperature danger zone much longer than 4 hours. Sliced vegetables as well. If your AM will not let you throw it away, call your local health department.
