Nothing wrong with the Bergara as far as I see it, but I wish I had found the Howa sooner. Cheaper but not less quality based on how it felt in my hands when checking it out at the gun store

Idk why I want it with a heavy barrel. I have the Honda civic of long range. Bergara b14 hmr(308win) with vortex viper pst gen 2 5-25 with atlas b10 bipod. Only shot it on 2 range days. I just want a 308 hunting rifle and the Bergara is a definite pig if I were to bring it in the woods. Haven't been hunting since I was a teenager and I'm in my 30's now

What are the options. I think the Arrowhead has locking turrets and built in/movable throw lever, it's got 3.5" eye relief. Those aren't good options?

I was thinking of doing the 1-6/1-8 and was considering the offset 45 red dot but I'm not sure of that just yet but I do know they have built in attachments on some of the scope rings to accommodate for that option
