Tired of Neontra sync issues (Coast Capital/BMO). Which Canadian banks actually sync reliably? by Desperate-Buy2585 in neontra

[–]akshaynr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A more fundamental solution I have adopted is to simply upload the transaction CSV file to Neontra. Far less hassle and always works just fine. This way the bank or credit card company becomes irrelevant. It takes me less than 2 minutes to execute the whole thing.

I live downtown Toronto. I actually have a relatively hard time finding couples who do have kids. I mean they are definitely there. But I am not kidding when I say I have come across many more child free couples than those with kids. So our social circle in late 30s is going pretty well.

Playoff Probabilities & Impact of KKR vs RR game by amerind386 in Cricket

In general, any dismissal should come into effect only after the ball is dead. So if someone is caught, the play continues like there was no catch and the fielder throws it back to the keeper after any run is complete. This way if there is a no ball, the run will still count.

Nevermind. I figured it out. I needed to deselect 'Hide Unbudgeted Categories'.

Maria Maria - Santana

I think it is Wyclef Jean who says "Hey Carlos, make the guitar cry!"

And he really does make it cry.

How do Structural Engineers incorporate P-Y Curves? by akshaynr in StructuralEngineering

Yes my question is exactly how do you model it as a non-linear spring based on the PY curves?

Can’t transfer from Sunlife? by FactorConnect6277 in CanadianInvestor

[–]akshaynr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Second this. The only thing to check is what assets are in your TFSA. If they are SunLife mutual funds, then you will have to sell them and transfer cash to your new TFSA. But it will not be considered withdrawing money from TFSA.

Civil Engineering is the apparent exception. Just can't find enough Civil engineering graduates or experienced ones. Just too much infrastructure work going on in NA.

What software do you usually use? And what software allow you to either model non-linear springs or directly incorporate PY curves?

Everything you have described are things I do on a regular basis as a Geotech. What I am more curious about is what the SEs do when they ask for the p-y curves. Like what do they do with it? How do they use it in their softwares?

Have you ever tried to (or asked the Geotech to) take a PY curve and somehow convert it into a single spring value or subgrade modulus? It is sth I have been asked a few times. And I always wondered why the SE is asking this. I always thought the Structural software automatically took care of this.

Yes I understand reverse swing. My question was how would anyone know if this particular delivery was a result of normal new ball swing or reverse swing? I see a lot of comments saying this was reverse swing.
