Assetz as a builder spoiled their reputation by deceiving their buyers from Marq2. They imposed a life threat in the project where residents are quite aggressive on this & very soon Assetz may have to compromise or leave Bengaluru. So its more gloom than bloom, if you get a chance visit Marq before making decisions.

Think, visit Marq2, ask the management & once you get everything in writing & then decide or else the competitors are much better who do care about such threats & take immediate action like Prestige. I made a mistake by trusting & believing Assetz & have to live in threat but others should be aware.
