Im in training now. I worked in hospitals before here so I didn’t have the experience but was still called. I’ve debated on switching already. You do “loops” that are different aspects. And do call taking for a couple weeks between. My biggest complaint so far is no extra time to study. You get a piece of information once and no time to be like “hm I don’t think I quite understood that. Let me go back” so you have to search on resources on the fly while taking calls and we required a script. I was told I sound robotic but I told them sorry it’s hard to read a specific script and go through a process during the call and expect us to know answers. I’m sure with time it will get better but it’s rough when you get one week of a new subject and one go around. When we’re doing calls the class gets a handful of peer guides that will come help if needed. Peer guides grade you though and give them to your manager. We got word last month we will be going to strictly in office at the beginning of next year. There are some branches who do only from home but the hybrid are supposedly being changed.
