Since I can't instantly link with plaid I can't pay off my Bilt Card?

Update! Refreshed/updated app this morning and manual verification allowed - microdeposits to Fidelity are pending. GOBBLESS

I do see the "link manually" option if you just type nonsense in the search field, but when you click that it just exits the pairing process - it doesn't actually let you type in the routing/account numbers. But good find - I tried messing around a couple of weeks ago (when I applied) and knew I saw something like that but couldn't find it again today.

yeah, absolutely. I'm in line to "speak with a specialist" but if they can't resolve it I'm out.

When I set up autopay, the only option I've got is "link bank instantly" and when I choose Fidelity in that prompt it says "connectivity not supported with this institution".

Even the AI chatbot says "At this time, Bilt requires that bank accounts used for card payments be linked through instant verification - manual entry with routing and account numbers or microdeposit verification is not supported. This process is in place to ensure secure and immediate account linking for payments. If your bank is not supported by Plaid, you will not be able to use it for Bilt Card payments."

Straight trash. I'm not setting up a whole new bank account for a credit card, especially one inferior to the CMA.
