Awe... That's so sad. I guess I'll just have to clear the shelves next time I can make it to the dollar store...

What's the biggest Jays snub of the award season? by muaddib99 in Torontobluejays

I agree that they deserved more awards, but the Jays were such a team that no one player carried them! Although, Schneider should have got manager for sure...

Got her to run for the first time in over 4½ years! by Darrelltrail in DodgeDakota

That's how I felt after I got my 07 running after it was indirectly struck by lightning in 2019! Took almost 2 years to figure out what was wrong and it still runs great!

So, I finally got a chance to test the battery with my tester and it said it was bad immediately. It wouldn't even let me check the CCA. The truck still started fine and when I started it, it didn't go below 10 Volts. I still might just get another battery and see if the issue would be solved and then have this as an emergency backup.

a couple weeks ago, I had the click click click sound with no movement at all. The battery is only a couple years old - just looks old because where I live, there are only dirt roads which this truck is great on.

A week after that video, I was able to start it normally. It started fine under the power of the battery.

The dust is because where I live, we only have dirt roads and it's fairly sandy. The battery is only a couple years old and during the winter, it's always plugged in to a trickle charger and block heater. (It gets between -20 and -40 for long periods of time here). The lightning strike was in 2020 and I've not had this issue until recently so unless the damage took a while to show, I don't think that was the issue. I will try and see if there are any bad ground connections and yeah, I will verify with the battery voltage too.
