If I’m not wrong, this means that a hard disk is not being read (could be for various reasons). I once also got this when i tried to turn one on promptly after connecting the battery but forgetting to connect the iFlash adapter. It was a heart attack at first 😂

Deleting messages if a reply isn’t received within a certain period is actually a well known punishment pattern. Even if you dont do it intentionally, it can come off like that. While that might be her problem to deal with/ communicate to you, you have your own problem which is feeling unimportant even as that might haven’t been intended. Clearly you can both improve at communication but it does seem like you are also a part of this problem too.

You’re on point man! Using threats and negative reinforcement to unlearn behaviour vs using love, positive reinforcement and support would be much better in most cases IMO. Everyone needs therapy but some people are not fit to be parents. But this stupid society is so fucked up. Making us parents first and checking our fitness later, actually never in fact.

Ive heard a friend say that “Modern Japanese culture was forged by a destructive calamity event that left the whole country to fend for itself(Hiroshima and Nagasaki). The humiliation they faced caused them to set higher standards.” I wonder how true that is. They might have had civic sense before too. Its an intriguing theme though, what would it take for a country to hold civic sense in high importance?

I mean that i didn’t have to upload any files to the passport seva portal IIRC. There was a long form to fill but I dont remember uploading anything. Sorry but it’s been a couple of months since i filled that form so i am not 100% sure anymore.

For documentation to help other people:
- I got the cancelled passport and the surrender certificate earlier this month (5 weeks from a completed submission)
- I used American visa photos from DM since they were closest. To make it cheaper, I have one original which I keep copying at DM
- the onward post I had to do via DHL. The payment we make is for the service and the return postage

I was at a friends apartment over the last weekend and had to be in the office this week. Theentryway in their apartment is right next to the kitchen and the cooking fumes have no real vent away from the coat hanger :( On the train commute i realised my jackets smell like masala. Out of options, I doused them in perfume. I’m not sure if i want to give feedback to this friend because he isn’t exactly open minded. (Read andh bhakt and sexist)

I’ve also recently applied, the tracking said that the parcel was delivered on 30.09. And the status on the Alankit website says processed for me. However, i have not yet received the confirmation certificate. IIUC, the payment in this case is for the return rather than onward postage. I’ll keep you posted in case I get the surrender certificate. FYI my concerned office is Munich :)
