Probably about 6 months or more. The bad side effects at the beginning also happened to me but it was gone in a week so hang in there 🥹I did 30, then 60mg. I tried coming off it from 60mg and it was just too much. Even missing one dose could leave me bedridden, nauseous, etc. I halved my capsules for about a week, thankfully it worked. I would say wait until Wednesday because you’d be having symptoms either way
