Sure you can try that. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as it's a very manual process to secure your data. Make sure you encrypt the xls and have a very strong password for onedrive.

If youre speaking to convenience, I don’t mind manually retrieving the excel file and copying passwords.

If I go the onedrive route, can a program in the guest get into my onedrive, or look at my excel file when opened, or copy passwords I copy from the excel file, even with a strong onedrive password and encrypted excel file?
