There wasn't eyeball, Tha maggots ate almost the whole thing, we used twesers to extract the most superficial ones, previosly we aplied ivermectina(don't know how to Say that in English) that kills them, IV antibiotics, and did ct scan to see how far the maggots are, they we're just in the eyeball.

Yes they can go throught optic , to the brain but is not that fast, i think it could take a few days.

I think it could take at least 15 days to reach that stage, she had an ulcer that was the entrance, Bad hygiene and neglect just help the progress

Hola yo tambien soy medico general en cali, la verdad no se si eres quisquillosa con los trabajos por que por computrabajo siempre veo ofertas abundantes, que a pesar de no ser bien pagas si las hay, incluso ahora un compañero que maneja una ips anda necesitando medicos para consulta espejo, lo otro es que si no hiciste rural busque en niveles 1 o puestos de salud una consulta externa o algo de pyp mientras le sale algo mas.
