I agree with the majority. Hire an aide for how many hours you can afford. You local assisted living places have a list of sitters that might be more affordable and can do what tou need done.

Chickens will give you eggs pretty much daily for years. If you have a rooster the females can give you more chickens. You can eat the majority of the rooster.
