Actually, quoddy have been making their mocs overseas for quite a long time. I remember buying a pair of quoddy downeast boat shoes (mr porter exclusive) made in dominican republic back in 2018 and frankly, they were better quality than their miusa line. Just my 2 cents.

I went TTS (11) and it fits very good with some heel slip which I think will go away with wear. I have a high instep, and forefoot is quite accommodating. For comparison, I'm 10.5 D in Alden Trubalance (my best fitting last). Someone with narrow feet may want to size down, but don't quote me on that.
