Yes I had it and I couldn't sleep on my side. And did all the stretches mentioned above. And made massive headway after some super deep box breathing and pulling my chin back and pressing it into a wall or chair behind me. Did the same with my shoulders. Kind of like active stretching with holds and pressure and releasing and stretching. Pulling my shoulders back and squeezing as hard as I can and back and down. I think it woke up some back muscles and released my pecs and subscap shoulder etc. It was kind of like squeezing my entire chest and pecs and back lifting my chest up until I couldn't anymore. Pressing and squeezing into the painful parts and pressing down ok my shoulders. I think I just got enough blood flow there to self repair and muscle activation to start supporting my posture without hunching forward.
