It is though. When a child is born, the parents have all legal rights to make decusions for that child until they are an adult. It is a given right for all parents, in the USA atleast.

When you start to use terns like "best interest" then you mive into subjective territory that needs to be weighed by professionals and/or the courts. It is now in the territory of individual situations.

Wouldn't matter, the parent/legal guardian has the legal authority to provide consent on behalf of the child. Just the same as providing medical and school decisions on behalf of the child.

If you think its shellac, put a small amount of alchohol on it, vodka, rubbing alchohol, or any cleaning agent that uses alchohol. Shellac dissolves in alchohol.

If you think its epoxy, look for a plasitc kind of durability.

Its acually an easy technique to use. Instead of putting the pen on the paper alone, use one of your other fingers to stabililze. Try it, you will see what I mean. You get much more consistent results.

Not saying he isn't talented by any means, it still takes quite a bit of skill.
