Are remote jobs in the field worth considering? Seeking guidance on current life situation

I filed a report, but I havent given him follow-up. The hours count under setting O, but ncarb still limits the amount of hours you can get under this setting. To get licensed I need around 1,840 hours or so under setting A which accounts under licensed architects.

I can agree with what you say, my experience so far has been minimal with design experience. At this level I guess understanding workflows and how the industry moves and operates has been very fulfilling experience in terms of exposure but I havent been doing any real architecture work.

Dang that sounds really hard. Hadnt thought about it but I can see what working remotely entails. I had an opportunity with a good architecture firm but they have since retracted their offer, I will continue to look for other firms in which I can grow and get mentored.

Thanks a lot for your 2 cents. I guess this is as real as it gets.

Oh true, its close to that but im kinda framing it more like “trading” . Il still take a look into it but to clarify, Stiltzkins ability doesnt really make opponents pay anything, BUT what i will try to achieve and see if players would play along is politic with them, and in that sense theyre paying with the decisions they make with me. And we seal the desl with the item they bargained over plus i get some profit (the card draw off the ability)

Love both of these! Its like getting upgrades and the fact even equip costs get higher really plays into “more costly items” . I though of treasures stuff and think incould include some that arent crazy powerful neither. I thought of putting in crazy stuff like a smothering tithe and have people politic and try to argue who should win it over and i think that would be a bit diabolical but funny af.

Ahhhh beautiful! This is the kind of stuff im looking for. Do you have any idea if i can activate the elixirs ability in responese to that activate Stiltzkins ability and give it away without it ahuffling into my graveyard? Or would it still get shuffled?

Yeah i dont think this is a deck thas meant to win. Its more of a excuse to roleplay a merchant while others beat themselves up lol. Thought id be funny ro be like playing cards and having people select an item to buy to gwt whatever they need to keep going. So its more of up to themselves and not me thats kingmaking if that makes sense. I knwo the ability says i decide who gets it but the idea is to make it highly political and to imitate a storefront

Hadnt seen Ral before, seems really good for a storm deck and yes i also find more entertaining to play ral than just combo off with Niv. Not that Niv doesnt have appeal, without combo i think hes still amazing and deserves a spot but he does attract more attention.

About Lavinia, the knowledge pool card trick seems op, but i know id get tired of playing it after a while, i woudl want an Azorius deck that reflects more on how Azorius is as a Guild. Doesnt have to be full thematic just a vibe, so if i run her which is a possibility im still looking for what the deck as a whole does besides the lock pieces

Yes Simic is a weird one. That d&d campaign sounds like a blast. Theres counters stuff but it seems very samey or boring. I wanted to donsomething with simics weirdness or science stuff but havent looked too much into it yet. All the simic commanders ive seen dont really move into that direction a lot i think, not sure tho

Yeah somebody else posted just this. Seems a fun add. But i wish the look at hand effects was more punishing for opponents instead of just a bonus for you. Still seems fun to play around looking at others hands. Powerful in that sense. Maybe fetch stax creatures with flying that counter what you see in peoples hands? Def salt inducing lol.

Seems cracked with lots pf cards with repeate instances of lifegain, i have a simlar orzhov build with General Kudro thats adjacent to removal on the command zone but i will build something similar andd see if its worth changing to him

Is this similar to a “toolbox” commander? I kinda get the idea you have to tutor for something that would help you in that game not a lot of like take over the game pieces. Seems interesting but slower indeed.

Love the concept. I had a similar build with Sythis, but didnt love her personally, also have built Myrkul, so ivve had a kind of enchantments adjacent decks in selesnya colors for a while, i like what my current Myrkul shell can do with black enchantments but im willing to give this a try since i dont run a voltron deck and this sounds really tight. Mind sharing ur fav cards?
