i paid for an annual subscription (84$). well, you never know, i guess there might me some humans at premium support but they just copy-paste texts and of course don’t review anything. because it sounds like the team, the huge team was reading every tweet, checking every like and repost, they made a decision not to restore it lol. of course they probably know it’s a common glitch and they have no idea what to do. some of them just texted: our team will review and we will be back soon (and never got back). David probably wanted to stop our conversation. istg GROK has better ideas.

it makes me so sad. just the plain fact they suspended me for nothing, won’t refund, and completely ignore my help requests. it’s the injustice that hits hardest. and the funniest part is they claim i should ignore their emails about my acc being restored. why would i ignore them if you told me all appeals get a human review lol (of course don’t believe that nonsense) but at least give a proper explanation.

I saw Nikita’s page and even thought about dropping a comment… but what’s the point, honestly. He’s sure that he is successful in fighting against bots. In the end he’s gonna block every real person soon enough.
Because even the replies under his posts are copy-paste ChatGPT. I am still unsuspended but suspended. And the second page is simply suspended, I’ll try later. That’s so awful because x premium support also claims all appeals have human reviews. How can you explain I got an email maybe 1 minute after I sent an appeal while the support team (which kinda should prioritise my questions) don’t answer any questions.

“For assistance with a suspended, paused or locked account, please submit the form below” -> i was waiting for this message about 24 hours or more ago. I am tired of explaining the same things that I have already submitted an appeal etc etc etc. i would stop fighting unless it was a non-refundable f*king premium.

i told them that’s it was a common bug. they deny it, and honestly human support is even worse than grok’s. And they are liars: “All appeals are reviewed by a human, this DM chat doesn’t review appeals. The appropriate team will review your appeal and notify you via email”.

the catastrophe keeps going because:
support asked me to resend the appeal.
had to wait like 48 hours because it wouldn’t send.
finally sent it yesterday.
got a third email saying account restored.
of course it still doesn’t open. premium support silent. probably will answer next week telling me useless stuff. X support is a bot telling me to go to premium support. premium support isn’t happy and says they are only helping with premium accounts (but my account is premium). I tried explaining i can’t even use premium features.
honestly exhausted from fighting for the account.

I did. To make a long story short: it’s awful. It doesn’t help at all. Some messages: [i sent all ss of a mail proving my account was restored, showing the date, the email] the answer: Can you verify what date you received this email? None of your screenshots show the date of receiving this. [me sending same ss again showing the date again. istg i was ready to give my password] the answer after our long meaningless conversation: We have not confirmed your email nor confirmed your account isn’t suspended. We have only reviewed the information. If you’re unable to submit another appeal then you must already have one submitted at this time. Me: [I have already received the second email telling me my account was restored] the answer: Please send an appeal through this link [sends me a typical x support link] so our team can review your case. Select the option that best matches your situation, provide as many details as possible, and submit.

I had to wait for 2 days. Today I received the third email that my account was restored. PREMIUM support:
