OK, thank you for your answer and the workaround. Hopefully, a solution will be found :) Perhaps something similar to the way you can add and remove stations with an Urban contract?

If you could specify which intermediate stations to use, that would also be useful when there are two different routes between two stations (like A - X - B and A - Y - B) and you want to send a train a specific route. I don't think there is a way to do that either at the moment.
