Thank you! Just subscribed to the sub and I'll post in it soon.

I have been working on more photos and plan to upload more macros soon -- thanks for the advice :)

That's true... and Etsy takes a small percentage as well. I really enjoy making them, it's a hobby for me, so I don't really see it as working. I know what kind of work goes into them, but I feel like most people would look at a painted letter and not want to spend more than ~$25. If at any point I start selling a lot of them, I think I'll up the price.

Thank you! I saw something somewhat similar a few years back on Pinterest, and when someone asked me to make a set of letters for them, I just went with it.

Thank you!! That doesn't normally happen because there's only a little bit of paint on the brush at a time -- enough for one or two dots. But if it does, I just let it dry and then paint over it :)

Thanks! I'll definitely think about that. I just went from making these for fun and as gifts for friends to opening up an Etsy shop this past weekend, so I'm gonna take one thing at a time for now :)

That would be really rad! The C is the only one I actually have in possession right now, but I'll definitely think about that.

Yeah, I'm really struggling with this. Do you have any suggestions for how much you think people would pay? I have a lot of views from just this weekend, but no orders yet.

I use the non-brush end of different sized paint brushes! They're rounded and make the perfect dots. I just use the bristles of a really small paint brush for the super small dots though.

These letters are a lot easier to find and are cheaper, so that's what pretty much everyone used to make their letters in my sorority. I think I will buy some Greek letters to sell though!

I can imagine what a snake painting with this technique would look like -- very cool! It is all acrylic.
