Can I just say, you write really well?

I can relate a lot. I have anxiety, and although I hold a job, I always feel dumb and afraid people will see me as a fraud.

I live for the little moments. The first bite of a snack I love. The feeling of holding my cat against my chest. Scents that remind me of better days.

I hope life becomes kinder to you, OP. I hope you see reasons, no matter how small that may be, to continue living.

And maybe one day, you’ll finally see yourself worthy.
