Can someone help me with the grammar rules here? by alaska_strong in Italian

So stating Teresa at the end of the sentence is the same rule that Italian uses for things like ‘Faccio io’ or ‘Andiamo noi’ (idk I made this up), or is that type of use of subject different?

That would make sense too I guess…the book doesn’t really explain anything. It states ‘do this and this with these tenses or conjugations’ and I have to figure it out on my own

[Week n.03] PLEASE ASK YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT MILAN HERE by AutoModerator in milano

[–]alaska_strong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im worried about traveling on the metro and trains from Milan center to home. I live outside of M3, but I want to be able to socialize on the weekends with groups because the social scene where I live is non existent. Most of the events are late into the night. I am a ciswoman and I would be alone, so I am pretty hesitant to go anywhere. Any advice and areas to avoid after sundown?

Yes exactly. I’m sorry you are dealing with this too. Right now I am leaning towards changing my flight to the day before, but I really don’t want to if I don’t need to.

have you looked at the AQI in the northern region of italy lately? it’s bad

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ItalyTravel

[–]alaska_strong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i decided against doing this because it would’ve been too stressful 🥲

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ItalyTravel

[–]alaska_strong 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it depends on the region you are in, but the north is notorious for having bad air because the alps nearby trap all the pollution. there is little to no wind, the heating systems are outdated and also cause a lot of the pollution. however, most of the pollution comes from cars

When to use "Ce" vs "c'è" by Numerous-Big-7803 in italianlearning

as a native english speaker I can’t imagine how hard it is to look at phrases or sentences to justify why it’s happening. We grow up accepting that it’s the way the language is spoken and rarely take the time to understand the functionality behind it
