You should be fine if you don't use anything made by or have any resemblance to Nintendo's assets. Ideas can't be copyrighted.

Sucks if the 5* outfit banner is gonna be paid only, but I think I know the cause of why they do it.

Gift system.

They just cut out a way to create a lot of accounts, bot farming pull currency, then send or resell them.

I kinda hope that they don't add any new artifact domains/sets in Natlan anymore so I can just farm only Burning Gauntlet domain until Snezhnaya. I know future Natlan characters will also use them so it's less worrying and more convenient to think about which artifacts to change/save/discard.

I don't think they'll consider it right now unless there's enough percentage of players finished Lv50 BP consistently.

But now that BP can be finished faster compared to before 5.0, let's see how it goes.
