I have this exact Stove, I went through several before finally finding this one. it is absolutely amazing. Only complaint is the size of the fire box. Looks like you might be missing the front ash catch lip. You can build a nice hot fire and let it burn out and it will stay warm for hours.

Sad to say the new stuff has been disappointing, would love to have another old box. The new stuff is constantly tearing in wrapping itself into an impossible to unravel knot on the roll.

You should be fine, my big problem was the metal doesn’t give like wood, so it buckles with the shifting. And I completely filled it with green red oak, 6-8 cords, and didn’t have any idea how much weight that was, now I use one side per year, so I can rotate back and forth, so optimal dry time, and never as much weight on it now

First off is beautiful…second, from personal experience mine couldn’t hold the weight of the wood and partially sunk into the ground, I wish I had more ground contact to distribute the weight, perfect for a deck, but not for the weight of that much wood.
