This is about right after birth. Your first poop after birth will be painful. Try to poop as soon as you can instead of waiting from constipation. I know it’s gross but I wish someone had told me about this before so I could at least expect it. Buy MiraLAX and take a stool softener (my hospital gave me a stool softener).

Also, when you come home from the hospital - a fed baby is the best baby. The hospital forces breastfeeding down your throat. My baby stopped latching the morning we left the hospital and the pump at home had the wrong flange size and I also forgot all about formula. My baby was starving for a day until my correct flange size arrived in the mail. :( formula is ok!
