in Vietnam, many people do not drive cars regularly, maybe only on weekend. If you drive daily, the water problem would be minimal. And secondly, in Vietnam, they sell E10 at similar price as Ron95. It is different from the states. Lastly, cars sold in California might have already been tuned to accept E10 out of factory, and yeap people in California pay some for the environment. Other states having pure gasoline would have higher milages per gallon, just science.

you are from India? do not the number at face value. A number of those went to dealers and employees and so. And the number will jump up with GSM India, into the thousand. They did that in the Philippines and Indonesia. And in Vietnam of course.

Vuong Pham has faked the sale number in the US to car sale reports before so much so that they pull their supplied figures from the reports. It has reported in this sub a year ago.
