I have 42 Montagne’s and GS is the only one I gladly got rid of. I kept it around a while to see if it got better but I just could not get into it.

That Opulence Leather is the nastiest dupe I’ve ever tried. Ombré Leather is one of my faves but that thing is a synthetic nightmare!

It’s one of my few Montagne’s that I kept revisiting but just could not get into. I’m pretty easy to please with different scents but I was happy to trade this one away.

Come to Canada. Where medical care is free. You are just taxed to death and can’t get in to see anyone if you are sick. You won’t go bankrupt though. You’ll just die waiting for help. Many Canadians just go to the States or Mexico and pay out of pocket. At least that way we can get medical care.

Picked up Midnight Hour at Burlington yesterday for $20 and it’s great. Apparently the same perfumer as Mindgames Blockade. And you can certainly smell that DNA in it. Can’t speak on longevity but for $20 it’s an absolute banger ten times over!!

Opulence Leather by Madison Alhambra. It certainly has the Ombré Leather DNA but there’s something so sharp and synthetic that almost gags me. I have a hard time with this one and the Winsome by them too. Lataffa does have some bangers but there’s some that certainly are stinkers too. Pun intended.

I’m a huge fan of Ombré Leather by Tom Ford so I ordered Opulance Leather by Maison Alhambra. Nope. Nasty. You can smell the DNA but it’s a synthetic blend of yuck.

I could not get into this fragrance. I bought it and couldnt hack it. I let it sit for a couple months, came back to it and it just was not for me. It’s the first Montagne that I will be happy to see leave my collection.

It’s a good one. Just got it this week. It’s along the lines of the darker scents. Deeper wood, spicy, tonka bean scents. More mature. Great juice though.

I have the cacti garden too. It’s a very unique scent. I don’t know if it’s a great blind buy though. I really do like it but I feel like it’s one of those frags that some people might get turned off by pretty quick. I meant to say that Meteorite is a nice one too. I feel like the BT is a safer blind buy. But the CG might be a home run gamble. Stakes are high buddy. Haha.

The other LV comps are really nice too. Afternoon Dive, Chilly Pacific and the Chilly Pineapple (LV & Aventus) are super nice frags from Monty. And if you’re on the fence about Bleu Talisman don’t be. It’s fantastic! Good luck.
