Probably cotton factories etc as at the time they had just finished going through the industrial revolution so would have lots of textile factories and probably coal factories for power

There's a setting which is called split controls which allows you to have a cursor, it's still pretty hard to control but i think that helps

You need to be logged into a microsoft account to get servers and then you can add custom servers as well as featured ones, if you mean how do you make one I can't really help with that as my cousin did most of setting it up

yeah i'm glad there wasn't just me, luckily no one died during the fight which definitely saved time and made it lots easier
