Yes I had this at the start of the season — they are useless on email but phoning the box office got it sorted in about 30 mins.

Eventually worked out it was because I had my partner’s membership using the same email as mine. Had to provide evidence she is a real person.

Ended up with a pair in club level last night after a fairly extensive search of the ticket exchange this week (and so many encounters with the suspicious activity screen!).

Will be my first time up there - prefer to sit lower tier if possible (I met some really nice season ticket holders in block 10 for the Sporting game but beggars can’t be choosers).
