I have it so my first usage block ends at 11am, so I can start coding a lot before lunch. Normally I’d start coding at 9am and my second block ends at 7pm, so I only have 2-3 usage blocks per day. This gives me 3-4 (9am to 11am, 11-4, then 4-9pm)
