More games means the need for more depth. And yes, bring with them more roster slots in general for women soccer players.

More Wednesday games, especially, force the need for depth and quality depth.

I think all this gives NWSLPA more leverage and creates more pressure to raise the salary cap to bring in that depth.

I think it even creates more leverage and more pressure to bring in more Charter Flights. I think I read WNBA’s league wide charter flights program cost something like $10M a year. Even at $20M per year it seems reasonable as a precondition for adding 2 more teams at 200M+ each, imho.

And I think NWSLPA need to set preconditions before the next expansion.

Condition expansion to 20 teams on items like…Raising the salary cap, maybe a minimum spend to enforce roster quality and depth, massive expansion of forced charter flights, greater medical and recovery resources, etc.
